Independent and strong-willed Della Tsang hadn't believed in ghosts until she saw her dead cousin darting into the shadows of an alley. She hadn't believed in vampires until in the dark of that same night she is turned into one. Introduced to a strange world of supernaturals, she struggles to accept this new reality. Unfortunately, the boy she loves senses something different about her and can't accept her. Should she follow her vampire cousin's lead-walk away from everything she's knows and loves-and fake her own death? Or should she set her pride aside and ask for help from the camp leader of Shadow Falls-a camp where supernaturals go to learn how to cope with their powers. Either way, her life as she knows it, will never be the same.

My thoughts
Kylie Galen has been though a lot and she is getting tired of it. She is tired of not knowing what she is and really tired of her boy problems. Just when she think that she might be figuring things out Derek comes back. But he doesn't come back alone. When Kylie finds out what happen with Derek she is furious and tells herself to give Lucas real chance.
Lucas keeps hoping that she will become a werewolf, but Kylie doesn't think she is. She knows that she is something, but no one knows. She is getting close when her step-grandparent a agree in meeting her. When things happen to Kylie, Burnett decides to have her shadow.
When Kylie is dreaming she think that is it Lucas, when they touch, he feels cold. She knows it isn't him. When she realizes who it is she tells him to never come have. The ghost keep telling her that,“One will live and, one will die.” When her and Holiday go out to the falls the are shown a vision.
This book is amazing! I really love how C.C. Hunter answers some questions and also gives you knew ones. This book will keep you reading all night, so be warn! The relationship between Kylie and her friends makes me laugh. I think we all have had friend where we can be ourselves around, no matter what. Lucas shows more of his feeling is this book, which I love. But the shocker comes from Derek, you will have to read to find out why! This series is becoming my favorite. C.C. Hunter knows how to make all of her characters loveable. You have to read the other two to understand this book. Which I already highly recommend. So I hope you enjoy the Shadow Falls series I have!!

  1. Good luck with that. It does sometimes get kind of tough to follow two stories at one time:)
